The condo was clean and had all the necessities for our extended stay. The balcony was wonderful, loved the furniture, and had a great view of the NYE fireworks at Pier Park.

Just a weekend trip. The weather was not the best so we really did not use the resort much. The room was great and had a good view.

Location was convenient to pier park, relatively quiet except the construction/renovation at fountainbleu (next door). Very nice. This was our 3rd family vacation to PCB, stayed at 2 other condos previously. This was the nicest of the 3. View is amazing, got some great photos of the sunset.

The stay was very pleasant and the condo was very clean. However, the lounger on the balcony collapsed when I leaned back in it. No damage was done. Might want to check it. Overall, a wonderful visit.
