All bedrooms are equipped with high definition flat screen TVs and brand new mattresses, bedding and box springs. You will find your own private bath with beautifully upgraded granite counter tops for your ultimate luxury experience off of each master bedroom.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

My family and I have stayed at this condo numerous times and every time it has been great. Lots of room for eight people and we love the very large balcony with perfect views of the water. Great location as well with many restaurants and. activities within walking distance. Greta’s Rentals has been a joy to work with. You won’t be disappointed.

I rented this unit to celebrate my 50th birthday with my girlfriend's. The location was perfect and the view is amazing. The unit is very spacious and the owner provides games that us big kids enjoyed playing. The staff was also amazing and quickly resolved any issues that arose. I would definitely come back! Thanks so much for a great experience!

The condo unit was excellent. The location is great. The condo rental agent was awesome. The building had numerous problems though. One elevator out of service for the entire week we were there. On the last day of our trip only one out of three elevators was working. I did not like paying a lot of money for a condo to walk up stairs for 11 floors. Also, fire alarm testing/work was going on for three days during our trip and we had a rude fire alarm technician banging on our door early in the morning and his attitude was quickly corrected by my wife.

Condo was clean, well stocked and maintained. Group of 5 ladies with plenty of room. Close to good restaurants. Only complaint was the elevator situation. 1 of the 3 was out of service. Long wait time upon arrival. Other than the elevator issue it was a wonderful location.
