Cocoonr Marseille invites you to discover La Bastionne, a recently renovated Provencal country house with swimming pool and large garden, located in the peaceful residential area of Montolivet, near the Parc de la Moline. Perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay, this house is just waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor :
- A 45m² living room with television, ideal for relaxing with family or friends
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Large dining table for the dining area
1st Floor :
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom: Comfortable sofa bed
- Modern bathroom
2nd Floor :
- Bedroom 4: A master suite with a queen-size bed featuring an en-suite bathroom
Facilities :
For your comfort the owners have decided to invest in various equipment such as: a barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- Garden with garden furniture
- Private, unheated swimming pool open from June to September.
