Everything was wonderful best stay I’ve ever had. Great host. They went out of there way to make us comfortable. The house was like a second home. I’m a veteran so the decor was delightful. The neighborhood was quiet. It’s definitely the place to stay if your ever in Milwaukee

This was an incredibly amazing place to stay! Robin thought of everything. There was half and half in the fridge to add to our coffee or tea. Ice cream and root beer were provided to make root beer floats. Even a small bowl of chocolates were in the living room. Robin also left us directions to the venue we were going to! There were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance and off street parking for two vehicles. We loved the vintage charm with all of the modern updates and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Milwaukee! The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we could need! I didn’t realize someone lived upstairs, but there wasn’t any issues with it. The neighborhood was close to many great things to do We would definitely stay here again!

tl;dr Fantastic house, wonderful owner, super location.Now, let's talk details. Start with the pros.- Individual owner, NOT a corporation. I prefer to rent from someone who cares about the community and spends their money locally.- The house is furnished like a home, not a soulless corporate apartment. This place actually has things you'll use, like condiments, bakeware, and a ton of other housewares to make it homey.- Signs! Robin (the owner) has a label maker, and BOY does she use it. Everything is labeled. I thought this was a little over the top when I first saw it, but honestly, it's hella useful. I knew where everything was and how to use it. Very convenient.- Lists! Robin also has a couple of fantastic lists with answers to "Where's the...?" Things in the house like extension cords, extra towels, kitchen supplies (plastic wrap, bags, foil, etc.), and more. But also things in the neighborhood. Want a great pizza place? How about a brew pub? A good bakery? It's on the list.- Special touches. Robin left a 4-pack of local root beer & ice cream for floats. She set out glasses and spoons too. Who does that?!? Robin does. And you know who doesn't? Corporate rentals. See point #1.Now, let's talk about cons.- It's an older house. IMO that adds to the charm, but it isn't a modern ADA-compliant building.- That's it. I can't think of another. And I'm running out of space in this review, so...Rent this place. It's a home away from home, and the owner is amazing!
