About this house rental
Our home is a conveniently located two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and private bathroom. It's just a short stroll away from a variety of lively bars, grocery stores, restaurants, and the beautiful Lake Michigan!
You will be within very short walking distance to downtown Bay View - coffee shops, book stores, comic stores, plenty of restaurant options, grocery stores, and bars!
- Bedroom 1 has a full-sized bed with fresh linens and a closet
- Bedroom 2 is the largest and has a queen-sized bed, dresser, and a large closet
- Full kitchen with a small kitchen table and cooking basics (pots, pans, silverware, utensils, bags, tin foil, paper plates, napkins, basic spices, and more!)
- Coffee station with Keurig coffee machine, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and tea
- Full bathroom with tub and shower - we also provide clean towels, q-tips, cotton swabs, makeup wipes, feminine products, shaving needs, extra toothpaste, shampoo+conditioner, lotion, and more!
- Small workstation with desk and chair sits in the common area of the unit
- Living room with large sectional couch and Smart HD TV
*Free wifi access
*Second-floor unit, minimal street noise while being located near everything!
*Guests will have access to 1 off-street parking space in the rear of the property
- 11:00 pm Quiet Hours
- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 21+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

6 Sisters on a dream concert get-away and we could not have picked a better place to stay! Easy to get to, parking was easy to figure out, and getting up to the apartment was a breeze! Everyone commented on how great the layout is and we settled in and felt at home! 10 out of 10 recommend staying here! We even discussed coming back and hoping this space was available!

Was a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with all the small extras needed for a multi-day stay. Location/ neighborhood was great. Lots of unique shops, great food and bars. Also just a hop skip and a jump to downtown Milwaukee and other tourist spots! Comfy and spacious. Will definitely be a go to on next visit.

I chose this area because I lived here while I was in High school. I graduated from Bay View HS.
The outside entry stairs are precarious and in need of repair. I made the reservation before I got injured and it was challenging and also all the stairs.
The apartment is nicely decorated and updated with only a tub.
Lighting in bedroom by bathroom was a problem with ceiling light going on and off by itself and the floor lamp didn’t have a bulb. The one by the bedside was nice as it is a touch lamp. It was a quiet bedroom for a house on a busy street. My daughter slept in front bedroom and it was noisy with street racers, cars with loud booming music and sirens. Eye shield needed for sleep due to street lights.
The listing said off street parking but it mentioned in e mail, you receive day before with codes, about getting a permit for street parking. Was little confusing but after a text to owner found out there was off street parking in alley behind house.
Also in the message about checking in there weren’t instructions on how to lock the coded door that is the entry to stairway. It is not self explanatory, nor does it lock by itself as those locks can be set to do. I had to ask. The coded lock to unit itself has a lock and unlock symbol.
So if you use it as a place to park yourself for sleeping and not spending a lot of time there it is inexpensive and in a great area to get to a lot of places in Milwaukee area including the airport.
