The apartment was pretty good for all our needs since we were out sailing each day. We took our own coffee grinder to make coffee in the morning, the kitchen lacked tea spoons and could do with replacing the cutting boards. The garden area and bbq were really great. The front door lock is hanging off and needs to be re installed, the kitchen does not have a kettle to make tea. The off street parking is fab

Great place to stay in Charleston! House is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy and owner even allowed us an early check in so we wouldn’t miss an event we had scheduled. Would highly recommend

Nick and Michelle are excellent hosts. Communication was fantastic, and they gave excellent recommendations. We were even welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine!
