We are located on Maxton Plains, right on the bay with an awesome dock and boat access. Close to trails too!
Whether you're looking to relax, explore, off road, fish, boat or hunt, our Log Home is the perfect choice to enjoy outdoor activities.
Wi-Fi is provided.
The Main Log Home has 3 bedrooms. They feature 3 queen beds ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. It sleeps 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a bathtub for your convenience.

We also have a Private Bunkhouse! for rent on the property, see pics!
Everyone who books the Main Log Home has first rights at the time of booking of the Private Bunkhouse which is the ultimate suite, It has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed Full bath with walk in shower. It also has a separate fire pit area.
At time of booking the Main Log Home, the Bunkhouse has a discounted rate of 75.00 per night. If the Bunkhouse is not rented at the time of booking, it will go up for public rent at a rate of 125.00 per night.
We are an off grid property but have all the conveniences of home.
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails we request that you either trailer in and out, or drive leaving no marks in our very nicely maintained private road.

We loved the privacy and water frontage of this property. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. With the bunkhouse, we had plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 toddler. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a semi-rustic getaway.

We had such a wonderful week. The remote and peaceful location speaks to your soul. The cabin and bunkhouse are perfect and come with everything you need to relax and get away! Not to mention the bedding is top notch, you will fall asleep the second your head hits the pillow. The location is also perfect for any angler that is wanting to catch a trophy small mouth! On our best outing (in one hour 30 mins) we caught 19 small mouth, not one under 14 inches and the largest being 18 inches and 4 lbs 🤩Although the relaxation and fishing was amazing. The best part about this cabin are the owners They are fantastic hosts who are attentive to your needs and want you to enjoy their slice of heaven like it is your own. We cannot wait to return and enjoy their company again.

The hosts Elizabeth and Kirk were amazing. They made you feel like family coming to the lake house. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property including the kayaks. The home is beautiful and rustic with its genuine log cabin vibe. The additional bunk house is perfect for small families. 11 out of 10. We would definitely stay with them again. Thank you fir the incredible hospitality.

Our stay great! It was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed! Fishing off the dock was fun for the kids, campfires every night was so nice and the stars are amazing there! Close enough to town, trails and right on the water. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts they were great, we can’t wait to go back!
