This beautiful Cape Cod–style home offers over 2,200 square feet of comfortable living space and sleeps up to 10 guests. The main floor features a spacious primary suite, while the open upstairs loft provides five additional beds—perfect for families or groups to spread out and relax.
Start your mornings on the covered front porch, gently swinging as you take in sweeping views of Bass Cove and the wide-open waters of Lake Huron. With 150 feet of shoreline to explore, you can take a stroll along the water’s edge or enjoy a refreshing swim. The shoreline features a mostly sandy bottom with some rocks, so water shoes are recommended.
Perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts, this home offers direct access to hundreds of acres of nearby State land—ideal for trail riding, hiking, and hunting. Big Shoal Beach, one of the island’s most popular spots, is just a couple of miles away.
Peaceful and tucked into nature, this is the kind of place where you can truly unplug. Bring along some bird seed and enjoy watching the feeders come alive with migrating and local birds, and keep an eye out for osprey and other waterfowl over Bass Cove.
At the end of the day, gather around the fire pit near the water’s edge, soak in the sunset, and enjoy a classic Up North evening—s’mores and all.
This home has a 2-car attached garage that is available to guests, as well as a large circle drive with plenty of parking for trailers and Jeeps.
