Featuring a queen in the bedroom with adjustable frame, there is also a pack'n'play, and a convertible sleeper sofa that turns into two twins, bringing the max capacity to 5 with 1 infant. Quick access to public amenities like a playground and water-featured gymnasium. Walking distance to local music, bars, and restaurants-- St Pete Beach has everything to offer!
-30day minimum rental required by HOA. HOA Applications submitted no more than 30 days in advance and can take 10 business days for approval. $50 non-refundable application fee due at time of submission.

-Check in time is 4:00pm EST, Check out is 10am EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out at $25 per hour.

-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
