About this apartment rental
Superior one bedroom one bath condo. Could sleep 4-5 guests, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. Tile floors throughout unit. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you would need for cooking. Full size table, seating for four. Two televisions with cable, free WiFi and in house phone. Large patio outside your front door to relax and enjoy the views of the gulf. Great tropical foliage surrounding the entire unit. Everything you need is there. Hair dryer,towels and linens, cooler, beach chairs, games and a beach umbrella.
There are plenty of activities nearby. Parasailing, dolphin watching, wave runners, fishing and more. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Paradise Grille is directly on the beach and has great food for breakfast or lunch. Corey Avenue is a great shopping district that's only a few blocks away. Beach Bods Gym is two blocks away and offers daily,weekly or monthly passes.
Gulf Winds is a great property offering courtyards with patio furniture and outdoor grills. Laundry facilities are onsite in each building. Shuffleboard is also available. The pool is heated and private with views of the gulf. There is an onsite office manager to help you upon your arrival.

This condo is in the perfect location for the beach. We walked to restaurants and bars and used public transportation to St Petersburg, Dunedin, Clearwater, Gulfport and Madeira Beach. Melissa was great at keeping us informed of some construction that could have possibly impacted out stay. Kitchen area has everything you need. Take quarters for laundry.

Cute place very close to the beach. Melissa was super proactive with info and help to make sure we had a great stay. We would definitely rebook this property

Location is ideal, not our first visit to this area. This unit had a surveillance camera in the kitchen window. Note on door said it was to observe the outside of unit. I feel this should have been included on the unit listing information, prior to booking. The description stated "Large patio outside your front door to relax and enjoy the views of the gulf." Well, we couldn't really relax knowing that we were on camera, this was disappointing and uncomfortable for us. We had door issues with our unit on our first day as well as the 2nd day, which was Christmas Eve. Owner was aware there was an issue with the door, but it was not repaired prior to our stay. First day could not open the door, had to call owner. 2nd day the door knob broke off the door so we were locked out, Christmas Eve with none of our possessions. Luckily the property manager was still there to assist. Long story short we were moved to another unit after finally getting the door open to get our belongings. Lesson learned, the owner must approve the move to another room. We were very lucky that the property manager took care of us AND that the owner approved a unit change.
