A very lovingly and generously furnished vacation apartment in a great, central location.
The two-room apartment is very well equipped and is located on the first floor. It can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children or 2 adults.

Enjoy your vacation right next to the “Großer Garten” recreational park and take advantage of the excellent public transportation connections. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach all the sights on foot—even without a car—in just 10 to 12 minutes: Dresden’s city center, the Freundeskirche, and the Semperoper—and spend carefree vacation days in our wonderful city. If you do happen to be traveling by car, there are plenty of public parking spaces available right in front of the house.

Internet, bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are included in the price.
A double bed and a sleeper sofa, each accommodating 2 people, are available for guests.
The room features plenty of seating and a dining table to create a cozy atmosphere.

The “Freenet TV HD” television and an internet connection are available. Both can be used free of charge.
Final cleaning fees are not included in the price.
