The apartment has a bedroom, a living / dining room with sofa bed, a kitchen with washing machine,
a bathroom with a window and a small hallway.
Underground parking space available. Alternatively, you can park in front of the house.

Bed linen as well as hand and bath towels are included in the price.
The accommodation fees of the city of Desden in the amount of 3 euros per person per day and the final cleaning for 2 people in the amount of 30 euros (for more than 2 people the final cleaning is 40 euros) are on the day of arrival to be paid.

Coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and various kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet.
We will of course provide fresh towels and a hair dryer.
Vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards are also provided.

Die Wohnung ist schön, super ausgestattet und familienfreundlich! In zentraler Lage und mit guter Anbildung in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Übergabe!! Empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!
