Die Lage ist perfekt - 5 Minuten Gehzeit zur Metro, in unmittelbarer Nähe sind schöne Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Place de la Republik erreicht man in nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, die Kommunikation erfolgt außergewöhnlich schnell und freundlich - tolle Unterkunft!

Location is perfect Close to endless Paris wonders. Le Perchoir is in a lively neighborhoods, with lots of coffees/bars/ outdoor restaurants, opened late at night and we felt it was safe to walk around at night. Lots of good bakeries around for sampling croissants and baguette!
Can be a little noisy at night, we ended up closing the windows. The 6ème étage with no elevator may not be suitable for everyone (did not bother us).

Great location in a pretty quiet spot compared to other apartments in Paris. The host was super responsive and very kindly approved our late check out request which was a life safer as our flight was only later in the day.
I wouldn’t recommend it to people with heavy luggage as it is located in the 6th floor.
