Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin super freundlich. Der Strand war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, dass hat uns sehr gefallen. Er war kostenlos und sauber. Die Ausstattung hat gereicht um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Wir sind mit 4 Kinder angereist und hatten genug Platz. Besonderes Highlight für uns, war die riesige Dachterrasse.

12 out of 10. Super clean, comfortable with great location for transit to or from FCO. Cristina was very helpful and responsive when we had some issues. She’s genuinely nice person, as well as the neighbor. The apartment is elegant and well decorated that I feel the pride and taste from the owner. It’s in a lovely local neighborhood and walking distance to the beach.

Nice location, tidy and clean. Cristina was pleasant and helpful. Was good for our 1 night stay before our flight.
2nd floor with no elevator may be difficult for some with luggage. Also, ACs work great but the fact that the water gallon had to be emptied every 3 hours is a bit of an issue at night. Should consider routing AC water outwards so it’s a worry free sleep. But despite all, gave it a 10 because these issues were mentioned in the details, but I missed them!
