Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great and staff was nice and helpful
I did not like much the area. It wasn't very lively and not many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

The ladies on the front desk were absolutely wonderful . They helped with everything from sorting out the Yandex app to order a taxi to providing superglue to mend my broken shoe!!
Breakfast was very poor . By the time we got there, the food looked tired and stale and the 1 man dealing with breakfast man was completely disinterested. We went to a cafe each morning instead.
The rooms are a bit tired and cheap looking.

A friendly staff and close to the Registan
The Spa just worked by appointment and the pool area was unattended. The air conditioner of our room didn't cooling properly and it was a bit hot

"Lovely modern hotel with massive rooms and bathrooms. Nice quiet location away from the crowds but still close to Registan square. Great breakfast...great value for money.."
