From the lobby to the guest rooms, the hotel featured lovely décor that captured the atmosphere of Uzbekistan, making for a wonderful stay. The staff were kind, allowing me to fully enjoy my time there. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience.
I knew this when I booked, but it was a bit of a distance from major tourist spots like Registan Square.
There was blood on the pillowcase, so I had it removed. That was the only slightly disappointing part.

The staff were very nice and helpful - it looks like this is a newer hotel so the furniture and washrooms etc were all in good shape. You're on a quiet street so no disturbances. You are close enough to walk or take short drive to sights.
There was a bad food smell in the hotel and even the clean towels had the smell - they were clean but the food odor somehow infused into everything! I would recommend hotel management look into this and resolve it - just put some air fresheners everywhere and in every room! The breakfast was also not good... pastries and fruit even were very stale, not a very good selection.
