The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently close to local shops and restaurants, including Waterfront. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The host was outstanding, communicative, friendly, and very prompt in responding to any questions or requests.

Dated building and elevator
Noisy atrium in the center of the building and endless warnings to be quiet with threats to be evicted without a refund (from the security guard) if it "happens again"
Only one set of keys so I locked the kids (all in their 20s) out by mistake one night and could not hear them knocking and they had to get another hotel.
Bird knocked over a cheap lamp (R129.00/ $7.50) which they were going to charge me for despite paying crazy USD/ night, I had to prove I replaced it and had video of the bird in the room. They go through your trash to see what you break (lol)

Location.
We slept with the same bedding and sheets for the entire trip. They didn't give us clean bedding and sheets to change with.
