Owner was wonderful!
Previous tenants had stolen all of the toilet paper & damaged a cupboard! Owner was very apologetic and made arrangements to sort it out asap.
Communication was excellent, and when we had car dramas they were very supportive and helpful as well.
The park is massive, and very good facilities, I wouldn't bother taking groceries next time, as the store is pretty well priced, and you can get most things there.
Definitely would stay again
The walls are thin, so we could hear when kids banged the walls while rolling over in bed 😂 we just aren't used to caravans!

Lovely little base for local adventuring. Perfect for what we wanted. 15 minutes walk from the central main bars and shop. Close proximity to Filey and RSPB Bempton Cliffs.
