Charming 1 bedroom Edinburgh apartment

Fantastic location. Spacious comfortable bedroom in a flat with so much more charm than staying in a hotel. Fantastic sourdough bakery a few doors down.

The batheoom is a bit small. Might not be the easiest if you have mobility issues.

Brilliantly located to explore Edinburgh, and a vibrant, interesting location in its own right with excellent transport (tram 80m from the front door), an easy and interesting walk to the old town, and plenty of restaurant choices all around. The apartment aesthetic suited me - the listing photos are accurate - and it was fresh, well-equipped and comfortable. I'd expected it might be noisy because of the location but I had no issues at all with either noise or feeling safe and secure.

The keycode panel and I never made friends. It was a constant and anxiety-inducing battle to get in the front door (will it let me in? ever?), with the motion-detector light giving up on us both, which exacerbated the stress of hauling luggage up the stairs over a couple of trips (my fault for having so much luggage, but that was unavoidable in this case). And also unavoidable in properties of this age, the bathroom was very narrow and awkward to use. Neither of these challenges is a reason not to stay, though! Just be prepared!

El apartamento está muy bien, la ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra a 15 minutos andando de Royal Mile, el tranvía que llega del aeropuerto para justo a 2minutos andando del apartamento,los alrededores están muy bien, hay pubs, tienes supermercados 24h, Tesco y todo lo necesario por si quieres usar la cocina. El acceso es muy sencillo mediante un código, y te permiten dejar las maletas antes del check-in, un punto muy a favor

Solo hay dos radiadores y el piso en general es un poco frío, en nuestra estancia bajaron bastante las temperaturas por lo tanto hacía un poco de frío en el piso, sobretodo en el baño, tampoco había ninguna manta para poner en la cama, tan solo el edredón.
