Nahe Bahnhof Tiburtina ; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig; gute Innenstadtanbindung mit Metro und Bus. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Fahrstuhl und ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin; Kommunikation auf italienisch und englisch.

Der Check-in verlief komplikationslos, wir wurden sehr nett von der Gastgeberin Martina empfangen. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal, vom Bahnhof Tiburtina nur einen kleinen Fußweg entfernt, Von diesem Bahnhof sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Das Apartment war sauber und es war so einigermaßen alles vorhanden, die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Auf dem Balkon gab es keinen Tisch und Stühle. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist etwas bescheiden (teilweise veraltet).

The property is very close to the train, bus, and subway stations, so you can easily access the city center after a few subway stops. It is in a quiet neighborhood with minimal foot and car traffic. The balcony makes for a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and greet any neighbors on their balconies as well. Luisa is helpful and welcoming, so I highly recommend staying at her place!
We were able to cook at the property, so we would have liked if there were a couple of spices available.
I think having a complimentary bottle of wine for the guests to enjoy would be a great perk!

La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione Tiburtina, a pochi passi dalla metro di piazza Bologna. Circondata da attività commerciali, ma al tempo stesso una zona tranquilla.
L'appartamento è pulitissimo, fresco, profumato.
E Luisa gentilissima, accogliente e super disponibile.
