Easy access to local shops

Instructions to getting into property were very clear. Hosts even sent a video. Upon entering the property it was very clean and there was everything you needed including handwash, kitchen foil, cleaning items, tea/coffee, washing machine, dishwasher. The house itself was beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfy and shower was amazing. Hosts are very nice and friendly. They were very responsive when I messaged. A great addition were the board games in the living room which my eldest really enjoyed. Thank you.

I found it difficult with the hoover it just wasn’t great at picking the bits up. I have to hoover a lot as I have a young children. Parking wasn’t always ideal as there are 4 spaces on the front of the property - however there are more spaces around the side as long as you are parked in the same permit area. Parking also can’t be helped by the hosts. These items however would not change my review :)

This is a beautiful property and very well maintained and looked after. It honestly looked like everything was brand new. Excellent standard of cleanliness. The facilities available were great and everything was very useful for a busy family of five. We regularly have a summer visit with family in Morecambe and having a car parking space at a holiday let is very unusual, especially when the property is so close to the waterfront, so this was a huge bonus! Short walking distance to shops, beach, park, restaurants, etc.

Having a second toilet in a property like this would be great. We did know there was only one when booking, but it was a bit of a struggle with three young children.

The kitchen was fully equipped with beautiful toaster, kettle, plates and mugs. The house was super clean. The decor and facilities were like from a magazine.

There is only one toilet and no toilet on the ground floor.
