Oscar was helpful, we had a huge problem on arrival with the patio window glass being unsafe and Oscar was helpful.
If we had been able to use the apartment I’m sure it would have been great! It was clean and the location was good.
Upon arrival we found that the glass in the patio window was unsafe, it would neither open or close - it was ajar by about 10cm so not able to be secure at night and/or closed to seal the apartment from the heat, noise or mosquitoes. We could also not open it any further to use the balcony. The glass pane had moved out of the frame and if we’d tried to move it, it could have fallen out completely and smashed.
It is beyond me how we were expected to use the apartment, how we could not have been informed of the damage and told that we couldn’t use the apartment. I understand that things break but this was another level!
We had to leave and find alternative accommodation ourselves.
Having said all this we were refunded in full without and hassle.
