AP391 - Bellavista 10

Loved the location, the layout and the pool area. Great that you could walk straight out from the patio onto the communal area which was pristine. A perfect walk into the centre for the lovely restaurants and not far from the beach (even though a steep hill). Has everything you need - dishwasher,washing machine, good air con and even a good toastie maker!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, it was exactly what I was expecting and as advertised. Not the most luxurious/stylish but the great layout made up for this. The main bed is very firm and the bathroom is a bit dated but wasn’t a problem

Location is fantastic, close to main local beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Patio area and communal pool are great. Rooms are spacious. Beds are very firm.

Pool itself requires cleaning more frequently. Debris on pool floor and in skimmer baskets for duration of our 10 night stay.

The location was quite good. The condominium was nice and relatively calm. The pool was quite nice. The agency was quick to reply via slack. We got several messages before arrival to explain the different proceses. Check-in was straightforward.

The apartment isn’t in great shape. Lots of things are old, some are non functioning (like light fixtures or a leaky toilet), some are broken. There’s construction material leftover in the terrace (and a person in our group injured herself with it). When I told the agency about it when checking out, the man seemed totally uninterested and just said “thank you I’ll tell my maintenance guy”. Given the price, and compared to other apartments in the complex, it made this apartment feel like it was not good value for money.

Location was excellent and pool was very good
