The location was quite good. The condominium was nice and relatively calm. The pool was quite nice.
The agency was quick to reply via slack. We got several messages before arrival to explain the different proceses. Check-in was straightforward.
The apartment isn’t in great shape. Lots of things are old, some are non functioning (like light fixtures or a leaky toilet), some are broken. There’s construction material leftover in the terrace (and a person in our group injured herself with it).
When I told the agency about it when checking out, the man seemed totally uninterested and just said “thank you I’ll tell my maintenance guy”.
Given the price, and compared to other apartments in the complex, it made this apartment feel like it was not good value for money.

Property in need of redecoration also property was v dusty on or arrival outside requires new parasol and sun loungers

Good location and facilities
In good need of a freshen up, dirty paintwork, over hanging branches in courtyard, mattress very thin, A barbecue would have been a very good addition,
