整體環境布置十分用心，雖然看的出來屋況較有年份，但已把現有條件作最好的利用，住起來仍屬舒適。
隔音略差，外面馬路倘若有警車(或是消防車? 救護車)經過，房內會明顯受影響，但屋主有提供耳塞，可以解決此一問題。 有附免費停車位，但該位子位於斜坡上，停車時需要小心駕駛。
