Vienna Urban Residence

Super Lage, um Wien anders zu erleben. Meidling ist einen Ausflug wert. Wohnung war ruhig, weil die Fenster auf Seitenstrasse gehen. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Nice, spacious, and completely new bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Although the apartment is about 5 km from the center of Vienna, the location is extremely well connected to downtown as well as to other parts of the city and its surroundings. Bus 59A (whose stop is practically right below the apartment window, and on the return trip directly in front of the building entrance) goes straight to Karlsplatz. Tram 62 (about 100 meters to the right, across the street) also runs to Karlsplatz. Directly opposite the building there is a U-Bahn station, as well as a train station. In the immediate vicinity, there are several places where you can enjoy a good breakfast and a nice cup of coffee. If you are visiting for leisure, be sure to check out Gleis//Garten, located on the same street as the apartment (Eichenstraße 2).

The only thing we didn’t like was that there were stains on the sofa in the living room and on one of the chairs, caused by something that had obviously been spilled by previous guests. The person responsible for maintaining the apartment tried to remove the stains, but wasn’t very successful.

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Meidling, wo alle Züge der West- und Südbahn halten, ist ideal. Die Ausstattung ist neu und komfortabel, das Zinshaus ist ein über 100 Jahre altes Gründerzeithaus in einem Arbeiterbezirk. Die U6 auch vor der Tür. Schlüssel im Safe.

Das Gründerzeithaus selbst ist nicht renoviert – aber typisch für die inneren Bezirke Wiens.

Зручні апартаменти, обладнані всім необхідним. Чисто, досить тепло. Поруч метро, зручно добиратися до будь-якої точки міста. Недалеко парк для ранкових пробіжок.

Через близькість до метро вдень великий потік людей. Увечері в районі трохи неприємно — трапляються безхатьки та нетверезі люди.
