Kubu Lestari Homestay

Very nice owner who was attentive. And facilities had everything you need.

Beds aren’t the most comfortable

I stayed here for one night on 21st September. When I arrived, the accommodation was locked. If you book here, please call the owner, Wayan, about five minutes before you arrive so he can come let you in. Wayan was incredibly kind and even allowed me to store my luggage for two days while I went on a tour to Nusa Penida, which I highly appreciated! The room itself is very simple looking but highly functional. It features two bedside tables, a window table, a long desk with shelves, a closed wardrobe, a TV, and even a kitchen setup. If you stay on the bottom floor, you get a nice outdoor seating area to admire the trees up close (top-floor rooms look out into the treetops where I was). Thank you for your stay.

A few practical things to note for your stay: Bathroom Setup: There are no hooks for your towels and no dedicated shelves for toiletries, so you will need to balance your items on the edge of the sink. Cleanliness: The room surfaces needed a quick wipe down before I could unpack my things.

Amazing place to stay long term. The owner is amazing. Excellent service! Any time I had an issue or I needed something it didn’t take long for someone to come help me. Good A/C. The kitchen was perfect to have breakfast. The area is mostly local which I love. Beach is nice 15-20 minute walk which I was happy. Everything was great overall.

Nothing to complain about really

It’s more like what was said in the low score review. If your aim is low cost, you’ll be fine. But if you want a nice and clean place it’s best to look elsewhere and spend more money.
