Great place to stay.

Wayan was a super happy and helpful host. Had all the facilities inc. hot water jug, fridge and outdoor clothes drying area (impressive for the price). Lots of great restaurants nearby. Large room and very clean.

Would be nice to to have an upper sheet as well and the lower one.

Well-appointed studio in a quiet sector of Sanur with restaurants and shops at close hand

Great place for digital nomad or someone who enjoys quiet and privacy. Short walk to 2 amazing vegan restaurants (O Baba and KOOD). Comfortable studio with large refrigerator, hot plate and kettle in kitchen. Good A/C and fan.

40-minute walk to beaches of Sanur (but fast on a scooter or bicycle) Pot-holed road outside the property (not the fault of the property)

I used as sleeping room

Honestly, the property advertised self contained apartment but it’s not. The bed and quilt and kitchen appliances were very poor, the bathroom shower was not working properly, there was small hot water tank , the tap was leaking water, I reported but the management didn’t fixed until I left. The road was very bad. Address was not correct to Grab driver find the place.

it"s not like in the pictures. The furniture is very old, and everything is old and stale, the aircondition of the other room is right pn the door so it"s very loud at night, the light from outside comes in so it's hard to sleep, the mattress is old and hard a very bad experience over all I wouldn"t recommend this place

There are better places in better locations with owners who care, for the price of the cheaper rooms

The room is as described

The swimming pool is at the property next door. Although the booking info says there is a pool, it is only for the higher priced rooms which are actually a separate property - the info says there is”pool view” & “garden view” for the different rooms but actually there is no pool use for most of the rooms. The owner and staff are not at the property - if you don’t have phone or internet access when you arrive you will wait in the street until you are lucky enough for someone to let you in. When I mentioned this I was told to be patient.

Away from the beach but has everything you need

Having a kitchen area was nice to make my own coffee and breakfast. The water refill was appreciated, though I wasn't a fan of the pump on it! My room had a lovely balcony that overlooked some trees where you could watch birds and dragonflies. The towel was nice and thick. Being able to rent a bicycle and explore Sanur was really useful. Overall a good stay!

It is tucked away down a dirt track. I can imagine in the rain it wouldn't be nice to walk down but it didn't rain for me. There are nice places to eat nearby but the beach is quite far, so renting the bike was good.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and I highly recommend it.

The housekeeper was very friendly and very responsive. He provided help instantly. The location is great as there are cafes, restaurants, warung, convenience shop nearby.

It is better to contact the owner or housekeeper before arrival so that they could pass the key and to greet you personally.

Amazing

Amazing value for money! The studio is clean, has a nice balcony and all the facilities are in order! As a solo traveller this is an amazing place to stay if you want your own kitchenette and a comfortable place. I cannot recommend enough. I extended my stay for a couple of extra nights as I was so pleased and it had everything I needed here. Location is good - everything is easily accessible with a bike or taxi. Shops & Warungs in walking distance. Will definitely come here again next time I am in Sanur. Thank you for the pleasant accommodation

Not a lot. Nope, I can’t think of anything good to say.

The bathroom was dirty. Looks like it is never cleaned properly. The cups, glasses and all kitchenware were dirty. Poor location down a muddy lane. Rain made it almost impossible to walk to and from the property. You really do get what you pay for.

kamarnya bersih, shower, AC berfungsi dengan baik, lantainya bersih, cahaya masuk ke ruangan dari depan dan belakang. kamar yang sehat. ada kulkas, air galon, kitchen ware, kolam renangnya bersih..lengkap semuanya. ownernya sangat ramah, terima kasih Kak Wayan kami bisa transfer room ;) next ke Denpasar kami akan ke Kubu Lestari lagi. sukses ya

プールの水がとても綺麗で快適に遊べる。電子レンジや炊飯器、洗濯機、キッチンまで付いてるので長期滞在に向いてる。部屋とバルコニーにまでソファーがあり部屋の広さも気に入った。

バスルームが臭う為、換気が出来ると良い。
