The doorman greeting us and always opening the door whether going in or out of the building. Close to the MRT to take you to Pasay City or Quezon City. SM Mega mall has everything you need for dining. Security is everywhere at this complex to include walking the floors in the middle of the night so it gives you peace of mind. Elevators respond fast and even apologizes if you are in a hurry to close the doors to go up or down. Lobby is a nice touch. The room itself has water heater, nice fridge and decent view of Livingstone, the Gramercy and Trump Tower. You can also see the MRT from the balcony and the property is closer to Shaw station but Boni station is also close by. Fast internet! Ritchie is who helped us check in as well as check out and has gone above and beyond in helping us in the matter. He’s a valuable asset to the unit owners so if you need anything he’s the one to reach out to.

I had asked about cooking before booking but did not receive an answer. When I walked in there was a bike lock on the cabinet doors under the stove preventing you from cooking your own food. This helped me to decide to find other accommodations after my weeklong stay. You still have a toaster oven, microwave and water heater for tea or coffee along with plates and dishes. There is an ant/bug problem but I do not think it is the unit owners fault nor my own (likely the neighbors next door who would leave their unit door open when cooking and the smell would go into the hallway and even into our unit.) as we did not leave any food out and anything we did order was immediately thrown out before going to bed that evening. There is some mildew and mold building up on the tiles/grout in the shower but the water heater works great! The biggest issue was the bed as you can feel the springs literally digging into you. I resolved the issue by buying a 650php folding mattress I got from the market downstairs. There is a washer in the bathroom but you cannot hang clothes on the balcony to dry. They did however placed a line for hanging clothes inside the bathroom.
