The unit was clean and facilities were complete.
They even have umbrellas, scrabble board game, a first-aid kit and a portable mini karaoke set with speakers and mic (these 4 items are not usually supplied)
The landlady and her husband were also very responsive to any queries.
And they went out of their way to assist us when my son needed something not easily found.
I definitely will stay here the next time I'm Manila.
You can't go wrong staying at this place
1 only stayed there for 3d2n towards the end of my trip...i wish I had have stayed here from beginning for the full 9days...

Location is central. The hosts (Anlet and Dave) are very accommodating to make sure we are ok and comfortable. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done. The cleaner comes once a week to clean the room and change the towels and all the necessities. 👍👍
