Very disappointing: avoid

The hotel is very centric and easy to access by public transport. Also the rooftop terrasse (when open) offers very nice views of the city. Patricia from the hotel staff, although not able to improve the situation, was very friendly.

Here is a list of points to mention during our stay in the hotel: Disclaimer: We had two bookings, one for the 29th to the 3rd of November 2025, the other booking 3rd-4th. Two months before arriving, we decided to extend the stay due to flight options. This review is for both stays. First: Their IT system hacked one week before arriving and our personal data was leaked. We were contacted via WhatsApp by the hackers (pretending to be hotel staff) to provide further details of our stay. The hotel informed us a couple of days later but no compensation or further info. Room 1:Deluxe studio apartment with queen bed - The room is VERY loud and noisy. It is at a busy street and has single layer windows, which does not isolate. We could hear the honking of the cars, people talking, the garbage truck in front of the apartment 5:30am to 7am. I am from Madrid, I know what a busy street is and why insulation is required. We talked with the staff, and the solution they gave us is earplugs, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. - The hallway is noisy, since there no proper sound insulation around entrance door, and you could hear all the guests. - The water pressure was very low during the complete stay. They sent a message the 3rd day that they had a problem with the water pressure, but no status/solution/remuneration/measurements were informed afterwards. - There is a gap between window blinds so people on street can see inside the room into the bed and bathroom entrance. - Just one single entrance card, despite reply to review on Google that two will be given. - The kitchen cabinet door was broken, the shower soap dispenser holder broken, the coffee press broken. They offered to repair after complaining 2 times. - Uncomfortable plastic sheet around mattress. - WIFI router of room not working. Room 2: Superior Apartment 1 room - Located on top of a fitness studio, with classes starting at 6:00. - Window not closing - Dirty (+ dirty toilet water)

Very good bang for your buck!

My stay was impeccable. Good apartment, fast and uncomplicated check-in and check-out processes. The apartment was very well equipped and decorated. The building has nice infrastructure and is close to very interesting landmarks of the city. 10/10 would stay again

The building is in a noisy area. Obviously not the stay's fault, but do chose an apartment facing the inner courtyard for a quieter experience if you can.

Clean apartment, great location

Clean and spacious studio, good condition of the bathroom. Great city views from the rooftop. I would come back again!

It is a bit challenging to leave luggage at the reception desk for a few hours - eventually, it worked out well as the manager was helpful, but this is definitely something to work on and make a smooth experience.

Excellent location, definitely recommend

I liked this property because it is close to the historic center of Mexico City, so there are many places that you can go such as Palacio de Bellas Artes, Torre Latino, Angel de la Independencia, Arena Mexico. Some you can take an Uber and others are withing walking distance if you like to explore. The apartment where I stayed had everything where you can expect. Kitchen, good fridge, two bathrooms, and good bed. It also has a small gym and a terrace overlooking the city, it has very good views. If you come with friends or partner you can sit down and enjoy the views.

En El Depto en primero se escutcha todo abajo y arriva muy mala protection acústica No hay TV en la recámaras y no nos parece el echo que no haya lámpara de buró en cada habitación y muy poca vajilla ni un bol para ensalada y por último . es que nos tocó Depto en frente esquina bucareli con Donato y hay demasiado ruido ! Más ganchos sería bien también Esos si nos gustó mucho la terrassa y l’alberca Y la proximidad de reforma Sin más gracias

Todo muy bonito, seguro y céntrico de las líneas del metro y metro buses. Cerca del Aurrera y del mercado San Juan y muchos cajeros automáticos y todo esto da la disponibilidad de ir a muchos lugares turísticos.

La ubicación, a pasos de Reforma. Cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes.

Estuve en un piso dos, por lo que llegaba el ruido de los bocinazos. Recomiendo mantener las ventanas cerradas y usar el aire acondicionado en caso de mucho calor. Además, dejan tapones para que puedas descansar.

Me gusta llegar con ustedes pero este viaje tuve que soportar la descompostura del aire acondicionado que hacía un ruido enorme que no dejaba ni dormir, y con mucho calor enorme la habitación y aunque lo reporte de jueves a martes siguiente nunca lo repararon.

Eso la falta de mantenimiento al equipo de aire y que no tenía ventilador como otros departamentos en la misma torre.
