Great Central apartments with all you need!

Great location, clean apartment, good facilities and comfortable furniture. Great views too! And very simple check in and check out.

Shared balcony and lack of curtains/blinds in living room/kitchen could be an issue in summer if people are wanting privacy, otherwise in winter or if you're not sussed about it, this is a non issue.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, centrally located in Aarhus, and with a large terrace.

Lovely and comfortable apartment with open space and lots of lights, and with a very nice terrace overlooking the city.

We missed a comfortable place to sit in the living room, there were only dining chairs. And no fault of the apartment owner, the seagulls woke us up very early in the morning, so we had to keep the windows closed.

I would definitely not book it again.

The location was very noisy (pub nearby, yelling people late at night). Also outside of the building next to the doors there was a lot of trash. Private rooftop: well only a part of the rooftop was prive. The rest was public.

Great location as of good views from the rooftop deck on a nice day

Provided shared accomodation with workmate while visiting Aarhus. Kitchen and laundry facilities very useful. Roof- top deck nice on a good day. Good location for getting around city and up to university.

Room was clean but Deck tiles needed a good clean. When wet became a slimy mess of algae and bird droppings. Could also do with more generous number of mugs and crockery, cutlery etc. luckily there was only 2 of us so could make do but if we were 2 couples it would be a fight over the 3 mugs.

Die Lage war wie gesagt super, allerdings würden wir es für den Preis nicht nochmals buchen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Es ist mitten in der Innenstadt und alles wichtige (Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte) sowie der Bahnhof sind in einem Umkreis von 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem ist die Wohnung schön ausgestattet.

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht sauber als wir angekommen sind (viel Staub und tote Fliegen in der Wohnung und Vogelkot auf den Outdoormöbeln). Der Kundenservice war nett und hatte innerhalb von 12 Stunden geantwortet und auch ein Putzteam für den nächsten Morgen gesendet, allerdings wurden nur die groben und offensichtlichen Verschmutzungen gereinigt und nicht nochmal extra z.B. gesaugt, staubgewischt oder die toten Fliegen entfernt.

Zentral Lage, Ausstaattung ausbaufähig

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. DieDachterrasse ist sehr schön, aber nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Wohnung ist hell und groß.

Die Eingangssituation vor dem Haus ist wenig einladend bzw nicht fertiggestellt, viel Schmutz und Abfall der dann auch in das Haus und in den Fahrstuhl getragen wird (lt Vermieter nicht seine Zuständigkeit, aber nicht schön). Für den Preis der Unterkunft hätte ich etwas mehr Komfort erwartet. Die Küche hat eine einfache IKEA Ausstattung, allerdings z.B. nur 3 Kaffeebecher. Gardinen zur Verdunklung bzw als Sichtschutz gibt es nur in den Schlafzimmern, die Fenster aus dem Wohnzimmer und Küche zurDachterrasse haben keinen Sichtschutz. Da 2 Treppenhäuser auf dieser Dachterrasse enden und jeder Bewohner/Gast hier durchgehen kann wäre ein Sichtschutz für die Privatsphäre wünschenswert. Die Dachterrasse, auch der Teil der zur Wohnung gehört ist ungepflegt, auch viel Vogelkot. Die Terrasse wurden nach unserer Reklamation gereinigt, es gibt keine Sitzauflagen, die Polster der Liege sind grün vom Moos. Das Bad hat auch keinen gehobene Standart, einfache Dusche mit Vorhang. Das Fernsehen ist in einem der Schlafzimmer, es gibt keine öffentlichen Programme, pay TV muß man dann selbst mitbringen. Ein Sofa im Wohnbereich wäre auch wünschenswert.
