Stylish apartment in great location

Very nice apartment with enough space for 4 people. The kitchen had everything we needed (a big fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher). The decor style is beautiful, minimal / Scandinavian. Very comfortable beds. There was even a washing machine available. The staff is easy to reach by email and competent. Getting the key is easy and there is an online guide with all necessary Infos in waste disposal, WiFi, ... The apartment is in a new building right next to Saling store & rooftop, a great starting point for exploring the city on foot.

The building is very new which is a plus but both the building and the street seemed not entirely finished. The apartment opens up to the street and a small atrium which means you'll see the neighbours next door going by from the living room. Also the atrium had a lot of bird poop and feathers.

Platsen är under byggnaden, lite avskild om man kommer till läg sent, men vi hade inga problem alls.

Aarhus är en härlig stad, vi gillade vårt boende och utbudet av sevärdheter i staden.

Läget var toppen, mitt i centrum. Allt i lgh var nytt och fräscht.

Vi saknade lite krokar, t ex att hänga upp handdukar på. Vi hade uppskattat om sovrum 2 hade hafr sänglampor och nattduksbord.

Fijn appartement in centrum, helaas wel gehorig

De locatie was goed en alles was fris en nieuw met een moderne vibe.

Het geluid van het ventilatiesysteem maakt enorm veel geluid. Hierdoor ondervind je hinder bij het slapen maar ook gewoon overdag omdat het overal te horen is. Dit is een groot aandachtspunt.

Fin, fräsch lägenhet- men hyr den inte fler igen!

Fräscht och välstädat. Bra centralt läge.

Väldigt högt ljud inne i lägenheten från ventilationen. Susar och bullrar! Dessutom ligger lägenheten precis sidan om en bar/nattklubb vilket gör att det blir väldigt stökigt och högljutt utanför när klubben stänger. Belysningen i lägenheten är väldigt knepig. Tänder du taklampan i köket tänds även taklampan i det ena sovrummet.

Veldig bra beliggenhet; matbutikk, parkeringshus og shopping rett ved siden av. Rent og komfortabelt. Lys og delikat innredning. Veldig enkel innsjekk og utsjekk. Alt i alt kjempe fornøyd.

Savnet en sofa eller noen gode stoler til å slappe av i. Tv kunne vært i «stua» i stedet for på soverommet.

God beliggenhed

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Gode senge.

Der mangler en sofa. Lyset i det ene soveværelse tændes og slukkes med samme kontakt som lyset i stuen. Irriterende hvis nogen vil i seng før den anden. Man er meget eksponeret gennem et stort vindue ud til en lille indergård. Ville være bedre med persienner i stedet for de lange gardiner. Der var beskidt opvask i opvaskemaskinen. Ventilationen larmer rigtig meget.

- Tolle Lage: nah zum Bahnhof, Geschäften, Bussen, Meer ... - neues, modernes Apartment - bestens geeignet, um dort zu frühstücken / zu kochen: neue Geräte, ausreichend Teller, Tassen, Besteck - unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe - unkomplizierter Check-in/Check-out

eine Person von uns hat auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer übernachtet. Die Lüftung in der Wohnung (aus dem Bad) war sehr laut und störend in der Nacht. Leider war diese nicht auszustellen und auch trotz Schließen der Türen immer noch zu hören.
