Disappointing and dirty

It was centrally located

It was not cleaned properly with boot marks, chewing gum, articles from another guest and feminine hygiene pads. I shared this feedback in detail with the property management asking if it could be cleaned properly. They replied in a couple of hours saying the cleaners had visited but because we weren't there it couldn't be cleaned. Despite several further messages, the apartment wasn't cleaned. When I asked that we were reimbursed in part, they offered a meagre 5% and said that was the best they could do. Unfortunately, booking.com was also not helpful in resolving the matter. I called seven times with no resolution . This is an expensive property and it is unacceptable for any property to be not properly cleaned. The apartment is at the top of very steep stairs and we also found the toilet was leaking. All in all, a very poor and disappointing experience.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement, les qualités l’emportent sur les défauts.

Emplacement idéal, appartement spacieux, lumineux et particulièrement bien équipé. Guide pratique en ligne complet.

Quelques odeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bains, une soufflerie assez bruyante, des bruits dans la rue la nuit (bars à proximité) et parties communes pas très bien tenues.
