The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay, including WiFi, AC, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.
Paola, the landlady, was helpful showing us the apartment, and guiding us to the only open on Sunday grocery shop.
Quiet location on the edge of the old town. Very close to the main piazza. Many cafes in 3-5 minutes walk. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach.
The main downside for some people could be the absence of an elevator, as there are 28 steps to get onto apartment's floor, but we had no issues with that.

L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Pesaro: la vista dalle finestre delle camere è sulla Chiesa di San Giuseppe, in cotto e seicentesca - non è un capolavoro, ma è suggestivo pensare all'olmo che dava il nome alla piazza antistante anticamente. Si respira l'aria della città medievale nei vicoletti, di quartieri antichi (purtroppo le mura non ci sono più): a me questo piace molto. Piazza del Popolo, il ristorante macrobiotico e via Branca sono a pochi passi. Appartamento modernamente restaurato, al primo piano (scale in tre rampe, fattibili ma non adatte ai più anziani); ci sono mobili di altri tempi, ma il complesso è semplice e moderno. Cucina ben fornita, con tostapane, microonde, stoviglie belle,, bagno spazioso, letto comodo, molto pulito: con un terrazzo sarebbe quasi perfetto. Contatto con la proprietà breve ma efficace.
la procedura online di checkin è lunga e laboriosa: ci vuole mezz'ora.
