The little appartment is situated in 10 minute walk from the beach on one side and 10 minutes walk from the city center on the other side. The neighbours are friendly Italianes and you feel more like being at home than in holiday.

5min ins Stdatzentrum, 5 min zum Strand, Läden um die Ecke. in einen Quartier mit Villen/Einfamilienhäusern
Eher schattig, im Sommer natürlich super, im Herbst ..... Autoeinfahrt nur für fortgeschrittene :-)
