NAVIA is located at the end of the jetty, has its own boat mooring and offers an unobstructed view of the harbour, the sea, ships and swans. Lovingly equipped and furnished, NAVIA offers every holiday comfort. This very special holiday experience welcomes you to the first floor with an open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area. It is impressive no matter which window you look out of, you can see the water from everywhere. A well-equipped kitchen with everything a holidaymaker's heart desires awaits you. From the dining table, you have a view of the cosy living area and the sea through floor-to-ceiling windows. A cosy sofa area and relaxing armchairs invite you to unwind against a dream backdrop. An ambience that radiates absolute cosiness. The flatscreen TV promises entertainment on rainy days. Open the door to the adjoining terrace, breathe in the sea air and enjoy the view of the harbour with its colourful hustle and bustle and the other floating houses. The terrace has an electric barbecue and is another place for socialising. Nothing stands in the way of a cosy summer barbecue. And all this can be topped once you have climbed the outside staircase to the roof terrace. A little closer to the sky and a little higher above sea level, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Phenomenal and a real experience that you can enjoy relaxing in the cosy lounge or on the sun loungers. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double box-spring bed, floor-to-ceiling windows and access to another almost all-round terrace. Falling asleep and waking up with a harbour cinema is guaranteed and the flatscreen TV here is probably superfluous with so many panoramic impressions. The second bedroom offers the same sleeping comfort, only in the form of two single box-spring beds and also a flatscreen TV. Wellness is also taken care of: a Finnish sauna and a bathroom with all the comforts and a floor-level shower are a great way to start and end your holiday. Of course, you can also enjoy the view of the sea and the swans swimming past while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth. In addition to the boat mooring at the house, there are two car parking spaces at the jetty for your convenience. Our favourite spot: Sitting in the relaxing armchair in the living room behind the large window front and watching the harbour. Please note that there is no travel cot or high chair available in NAVIA. Parents are responsible for their children on board. This is already included in the current hire prices.
