The spacious living and dining area with its high-quality, modern furniture exudes a holiday feeling from the very first second. When you look out through the floor-to-ceiling windows over the terrace onto the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, you'll quickly forget about everyday life. The TV and the wood-burning stove, which makes it cosy on cooler days, provide a varied programme. The modern fitted kitchen with its technical refinements invites you to cook together and have lots of fun. The fun can then be continued on the large terrace with its beautiful garden furniture. There are two light-flooded double bedrooms on the first floor. The first has a TV and a double bed, while the second has two single beds for a good night's sleep. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower will make you think you are still dreaming in the morning. One floor up is the third bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and another TV. A wonderful view of the harbour allows you to relax and work, as there is also a desk available. A shower room with a walk-in shower is right next door. The highlight of AHOI in the truest sense of the word is the roof terrace! Equipped with two comfortable sun loungers, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the Schlei and the harbour. A constantly changing panorama ensures variety and pure relaxation. A guest WC on the ground floor provides further comfort, so there are no queues for six people.
