The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, seating area and dining table is the centre of the house. Here you can spend cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy meals together, which can be prepared in the adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the upper floor offer space for up to 4 adults to sleep and dream with a view of the water. In the modern main bathroom there is a whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna with a view of the Schleimünde lighthouse for your personal wellness programme. The highlight is the 25 m² roof terrace, which offers an all-round water view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the resort's harbour. Here you can enjoy the sun to the full. For added convenience, there is a guest WC on the ground floor. Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house as well as an electric car charging station.
