Amboise et Volupté centre-ville

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Decor was very relaxing.

The location of the apartment was superb as it was close to walk to Amboise central area , the Chateau, restaurants, laundromat, information office, and free parking. The apartment itself is charming and spacious with all amenities including a washing machine, though we did not use it. William, a friend of the owner Kinnie, was especially cordial and helpful when we first arrived. The apartment is at the top floor and overlooks the back or near the church that is near. Quite French. And it was quiet. Thought we had the building for ourselves. We enjoyed our stay.

The stairs. For 2 seventy seven year old it was a workout going up and down the stairs. However, we managed. The shower was not as forceful as we would like though it was quite large.

Appartement très bien situé, tout le confort nécessaire et très bien équipé. Très calme et stationnement gratuit à proximité.

We particularly liked the ample space of the pretty apartment, the location, the very comfortable bed, linen and towels. Kinnie and Denis are terrific hosts, quick to respond to our enquiries and their welcome pack of sweets was thoughtful. Listening to the church bells was a real pleasure.

The apartment was fantastic. We liked everything. I should mention that the walk (with luggage) from the train station to the apartment is not easy - It’s difficult. During certain hours - middle of the day - there are no buses. And taxis are not reliable as they may not accept short journeys. We are so grateful to the hosts who helped us so much on our last day to obtain transport to the station.
