About this house rental
In optimal sanitary conditions, a small house located less than 1 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center. Secure gate with two parking spaces and bicycle garage. Perfect for discovering the Ile d'Or, the famous market or the various royal castles.
There is all the comfort and equipment necessary for a convivial stay. Bed linen provided, towels and dish towels. Basic products for the kitchen and bathroom to travel in complete serenity...
THE ACCOMMODATION
A small house, modern and fully equipped. I make sure that you do not lack anything, in order to have a restful and relaxing stay.
Bed with memory foam 160x200.
Ideally located less than 1 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center where you will have to cross the Loire via the Pont du Maréchal Leclerc which has just been renovated and equipped for pedestrians, bicycles and cars. A splendid view of the castle awaits you.
House located in a quiet condominium of 8 apartments with secure gate and 2 parking spaces.
Ideal location near the Levée de la Loire for a car ride if you want to visit the region. There is also the Loire à vélo which is a must-see circuit!
The unit is not equipped with a carbon monoxide detector since the heaters are recent and well maintained.

By A10 motorway, exit 20: Blois, Le Mans, Laval, Tours Nord, Vouvray, Tours, Val de Loire (Amboise at 26 km).
From Vierzon / Bourges and Angers:
By A85 motorway, exit 11: Sublaines, Bléré, Amboise (Amboise 15 km away).
Departmental D152 and D751.
CYCLING
The Loire by bike, 600 km of developed lanes from Sully-sur-Loire to the Nantes estuary.
GUEST INTERACTION
I try as much as possible to carry out the departures and arrivals of travelers. However, if my schedule does not allow it, an autonomous arrival system by key box is installed.
I am always available to answer your questions by phone or text.
OTHER REMARKS
You will have at your disposal all the basic elements for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt etc.)
Toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels provided.
The house is rented to you clean. I don't take any or very little cleaning costs to avoid an additional financial burden, in return, I thank you for making the place as you found it.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
My two favorite restaurants are l'îlot and Chez Bruno.
L'îlot: French cuisine not to be missed. Fresh and local products, mainly from the Amboise market, prepared in an original way. A perfect recipe for your taste buds...
TRANSPORTATION
Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.

Julien was a wonderful host. Very quick in response to txt messages. Secure parking was great. Aldi’s supermarket near by. Easy walk into Amboise across the bridge. Complete kitchen with all needed equipment plus coffee & filters and spices for cooking. Entire apartment very clean. Self checkin was as described and very easy. 1 minute walk from train station.

This apartment was a great choice as my base for visiting
Loire chateaux - the location cannot be beaten, a short walk to Amboise and the railway station across the street. The apartment was very comfortable - there is everything what you need for a enjoyable stay. Thank you, Julien
