This place is a great cheap option for staying in pretty central Paris, very close to metro and train station. Very clean. Decent amount of shops and restaurants around. Room had everything we needed for staying for a few nights, like kettle, toaster, microwave. Bed is comfy. The shutters mean light is not an issue at all. Nice to have a balcony to be able to sit out on.
The place is a lot more furnished in the pictures, there were no decorations and furniture is very minimal and somewhat damaged. There is some road noise, especially when there are drunk people in the streets. The shower points at the wall and we couldn't make it not, so showers were a bit awkward.

The renovation was going around so there was some noise at night but it was a small thing. The stay was pleasant.

L’emplacement juste à côté de la gare + métro, la kitchenette bien équipée, le balcon et l’ascenseur qui est un vrai plus. Les instructions très claires pour récupérer les clefs.
