Location is good, close to the railway station and close to whatever you want to visit in the center. Has the equipment you need and seem newly renovated.
It's difficult to find where to even enter the building where the apartment is. The instructions given about how to get the keys are unsufficient and misleading. I couldn't enter the building to begin with and was let in by somebody else that was entering. When I called the host it took time to reach anybody for help. All this gives you an unpleasant feeling about the place and spending a lot of time, which I had to do, only to get in to the place is not a good start for your stay. Coming there at an late hour makes it even worse. A suggestion to the host is to go there and set the mind in how it would be to come there for the first time. Or bring somebody that has never been there. And then, from that experience, write instruction about how to get access to the apartment.
