Booked last min reasonable price and location for what I needed for work.

Couldnt get in the property after i had finished a 12 hour shift, i had been given a code that didn't work. The owner talking to me like I was a child saying I hadn't put the code in properly. I'm 58 years of age I know what I keyed in! Someone finally let me in after 30 mins of being there. Also my phone number was given to a neighbour that I wasnt asked permission for. Then I heard someone else trying to get in with same said code that didn't work so I went to let them in. Place was noisy despite lots of signs to say keep noise low. Tv blaring away until gone 1am from room directly below me! people up and down stairwell that wasn't carpeted so creaked. Parking was non existent despite the description on website had to park quite away and struggle with belongings. No bathroom on same floor! Got couple hours sleep before another 12 hour shift then a 2 hour drive home. Was hoping I could use this place again when doing tandem shifts.

On arrival it was no one at the property to check in, after ringing then someone spoke with me through the door bell and gave me access. I was not warned about this procedure and wasted 30mn waiting ringing the bell before I decided to message them, I think I could be warned about this.
