Relaxing double rooms in a beautiful house

I loved how especially clean it was

There are a lot of stairs if you stay on top floor but that can’t be helped

Every thing is ok and quiet .

Conveniently close to Ipswich waterfront.

The place stinks!! This also must be one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed in! I absolutely would NOT recommend this place, it needs a lot of work doing.

The room was very clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The finish in the bathroom was very poor, paint peeling on the ceiling and a notice with copious amount of tape on the wall. I didn't really like the idea of sharing a bathroom.

Decent sized room, useful kitchen facilities, there was a washing machine (but I didn't use it.) Tea, coffee and sugar but nothing more. Parking is on road but quite a quiet square like environment.

House in general was very warm (but the room I was in at the upstairs front had balcony doors so I was able to open one of those and bring the temperature down to more comfortable quite rapidly.)

It was nice to have a TV in the room and the location of the property was nice. The kitchen area is well equipped.

Tried contacting the owner about parking as it wasn’t very clear where we could park and we never got a reply. The property is an AirBnb but you just don’t see the host. There was other guests smoking weed which was not pleasant. There was a slight smell to the room but overall was clean. No hand soap in the toilets and very little toiletries. Bathroom door you could unlock from the outside. Floors are very creaky and walls are very thin

Wasn't clear that this was a shared property with other people outside of pur party *blinds dirty and broken *windows don't shut properly *headboard creaky *pillows flat and only 1 per person *bathroom was very dirty * tv kept freezing *parking a nightmare *floor under bed dirty/littered *corner of shower in room no1 cracked Location was in a council run down estate and the only photos on booking.com is from the back of the property. Can't park on driveway as there's a Mercedes all broken and on the drive and although the other people were lovely that was staying there long term the man was on tag and we had sand in our bed.

The towels, sheets were clean and en-suite of room one was sufficiently clean. Other persons staying that I met were kind and friendly.

It is basically an HMO with rooms available to book by the night. The landlord does not live on site. Pictures on site show room and house in much better days. The touch points, (doors, switches, power points etc) were all dirty throughout the house. Carpet in room one was dirty and stained. Room#1 looks over an overgrown garden (weeds), road and car parking. The balcony doors and windows needed cleaning and there was no net curtain so even during the day opening the curtains left the room in full view of the road / carpark. The kitchen and its appliances could have been cleaner and there were precisely two forks in the cutlery drawer (plenty of knives and spoons). There isn’t any available allocated parking here. The allocated carpark for the unit / townhouse had a vehicle with a flat tire parked in it. From the look of the weeds surrounding it the car had been there some time. I was able to find somewhere to park each night as the home next door was unoccupied but I was concerned that regular tenants may be inconvenienced. I have more photos but only able to share 4.
