The room was lovely and comfy. The lift is a bonus. The staff were friendly and the public areas lovely. The breakfast was good.
The area around the hotel is a bit run down but it’s handy for centre of town. It was raining the whole time we were in Korce which was disappointing and this hotel was a good refuge!

I really liked the property. It is modern, clean, offers excellent amenities, and has a central location. The overall atmosphere and design are also very appealing.
I had to wait during check-out while a member of the cleaning staff went to my room to check the minibar and confirm whether I had consumed anything. I also found it disappointing that the water in the room came at an additional charge. These small details left a negative impression and felt unnecessary, especially at check-out.

Schöne, modernisierte Zimmer. Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist relativ umfangreich.
Man hatte durchaus anmerken können, dass sich das Frühstücksbuffet im Keller befindet (oder ein Schild aufstellen)
