Great location, comfortable rooms. Above all excellent service from the staff.

Rooms are not exactly soundproof and you could hear the music from the restaurant downstairs but it was not a big problem for us.

The right place to stay in Korca!

Fantastic boutique hotel located in the middle of Korca's main boulevard. Very close to all main attractions of the city. The hotel is in an authentic old house renovated with a very modern articeture. Everything was perfectly clean. The owners and management have thought about every detail. The stay at the hotel includes a rich breakfast with very delicious local food. I would deffinetly visit this place again.

The Mert was definitely a highlight of our trip.

The apartment was amazing. It was so modern and clean. Gym equipment and sauna for the adults and fun toys for the kids. Breakfast was exceptional and service was above and beyond.

I would gladly recommend Mert Hotel to friends, family and anybody travelling to Korce Albania.

The accommodation was at a very high level of cleaniness and comfort...the staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay very comfortable....very high praise for the staff, amenities, in house dinning and location of hotel.

size is no barrier to scale of luxurious hospitality

all the facilities on offer: from auto-motorised curtains to touch control lighting and sewing kits and large format TV. the owner via the designers have managed to successfully provide a compact arrangement of experiences: from the lavishly furnished restaurant to the verandah lounge to a foyershop. topped off with a cinema. zamira and her able and willing team (christiana, marius, eddie and donald) all need special mentions.

A luxury boutique hotel

Mert was a great choice for us while staying in Korça. Comfortable bed, very clean and stylish rooms. The breakfast was delicious. Free water in the room complimentary drink.. everything was exceptional. Keep up the great work!

Really excellent, lovely hotel. Puts lots of other '5 star' ones in Alabania to shame.

Having stayed in multiple hotels in Albania this was the first that seemed to truly have thought through everything from check-in all the way to check-out. Very centrally located but just far enough from the pedestrian centre to be quiet. Parking is on the street but very close by. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, and no corners seemed to have been cut. Bed was comfortable, sufficient towels. bathroom and toilet very well done. In essence exactly what you might want from a city-centre boutique hotel. The restaurant on-site is cosy but has a good selection of food. Breakfast was simple with a choice of a selection of eggs made to order. The staff were pleasant throughout, very helpful and chatty. Highly recommended.
