Waterfront view dock, very spacious for a large group, large driveway with free parking. Ceiling fan in all rooms.
The Living area and one bedroom is upstairs and two bedrooms first floor. You need to go upstairs all the time, annoying if you have a lot of grocery bag or if you have movement difficulties. The bed upstairs makes a lot of noise.

This property was paradise. Wonderful bay vibe. Neighborhood so friendly and neighborly. The bay was full of all the wildlife, dolphins, and fish you could imagine and the water so clear.
Not a detail missed.
