Άνετος Χώρος με όλα τα απαραίτητα για τον επισκέπτη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ανανεωμένο, πεντακάθαρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, με σχετικά εύκολο παρκάρισμα. Διέθετε όλα τα είδη προσωπικής φροντίδας, ακόμη και καινούριες οδοντόβουρτσες. Άριστη σχέση προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών και τιμής. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και φιλική.
Η πόρτα της εισόδου ήταν λίγο "ταλαιπωρημένη" και υπήρχε μία μικρή δυσκολία στο κλείδωμά της. Αλλά αυτό δεν χαλάει την γενικά άριστη εικόνα.

Ampio balcone e presenza dell’ascensore. Bagno funzionale e buona pressione dell’acqua.
Letto scomodo e lenzuola non adatte alla misura del letto, mancanza di uno scolapiatti e di spugne per la cucina, sgabelli scomodi per mangiare.
