This is an exceptionally comfortable property and I really enjoyed my time there. I stayed in December and I was a little concerned that it might be cold but not only does the apartment have air conditioning units it has central heating which I have never encountered before in Greece in the winter. I loved that extra boost of warmth on chilly evenings. This is a real ‘home from home’ kind of place - somewhere you can return to at the end of a long day’s sightseeing and just feel completely relaxed. There’s a lot of light and a lovely balcony to sit out on at the front as well as a smaller balcony at the back just off the bedroom. There’s a lot of space and the bath room is quite large and has a lovely shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and the place was spotlessly clean when I arrived. Contact with the owner was exceptional, and they made sure I had arrived safely and checked if I need anything. A slightly earlier check in was very much appreciated. The apartment has a full sized television which I appreciated as I like to watch Greek news and serials in the evening. I did a lot of driving whilst I was based in Halkida and found it useful for visiting Delfi and Thermopyles, Arachova and many other places on the mainland and on the island. I am very unlikely to return as I have visited the places I wanted to see but I would highly recommend Urban Breeze as one of the best apartments I have stayed in on my travels in the country. The location was also excellent on the main road into the city centre and a nice walk to the old bridge. There are supermarkets and two bakeries very close by. The owner is clearly very professional and committed to making sure guests have a truly wonderful experience. Thank you.
This is a minor point and I guess could not have been prevented by the owner - the neighbours upstairs were quite noisy at times (I’m not sure how it’s possible to continually ‘stomp’ across a floor). It was a distraction rather than an annoyance.

Huset var nybyggt, fin inredning, lätt med gratis parkering. Det fanns tillgång till tvättmaskin och det fanns spis med 4 plattor och ugn och allt vad man behövde i köket.
Det var för hårda sängar och det saknades bäddmadrasser.

Ένα όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις, κοντά στο κέντρο ώστε να έχεις όλα τα μαγαζιά κοντά σου αλλα και να μπορείς να παρκάρεις εύκολα. Πεντακάθαρο, με ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα την θάλασσα, Άριστη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη μας. Είμαστε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και εννοείται οτι θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Χαλκίδα.
Δεν έχουμε να πούμε κάτι αρνητικό.

Πεντακάθαρο και απόλυτα εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία και την παλιά γέφυρα της Χαλκίδας.
Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης.
Δεν υπήρξε κάτι ενοχλητικό.
