The location was great. It was a quiet residential area but was within walking distance of Namba, Kuromon Market etc.. and lots of convenience stores and supermarkets very close by. The price was very reasonable. Nintendo Switch and Jenga were appreciated by the family. We had 2 teenagers traveling with us who were happy with the space.
The insulation is not great - which, in fairness, seems to be standard in Japan homes. One of the days it rained very heavily and it sounded like the rain was running inside the room. Also there is a luggage room downstairs so we left our cases there and got changed there. Bathroom and toilet on ground floor, bedrooms on 2nd floor so need to go down 2 flights of narrow stairs during the night.
