Rutubet sorunu var, biz sürekli havalandırdığımız için rahatsız olmadık ama kışları zor olabilir. Çift kişilik yataklar küçük ve dar. Apartman kapısının kilitleri açılmıyor, araya taş vs koyduk resmen. En önemlisi biz otoparklı yer aradığımız için bu evi bulduk ancak otopark şu an kullanımda değil. Ev sahibi giriş günü biz sorana kadar bu bilgiyi vermedi. İlk gün geç geldiğimiz için yaklaşık 1 saat otopark aradık gece. Diğer günler normal saatlerde de bulmak kolay olmadı, uzağa park etmek zorunda kaldık.

Está ubicado en el Barrio Zaidín de junto a la Avenida Dilar, fácil acceso al centro de Granada, a pie o en bus .Muy cerca del Palacio de Deportes donde se celebran conciertos y eventos deportivos.
Las fotos del apartamento no dan una idea del exterior que esta bastante deteriorado y descuidado, la primera impresión no es agradable.

Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Tener aparcamiento privado es un plus. El ascensor también se agradece por las maletas. La tele tan grande en el salón es un lujo.
Al hacer tanto frío encendimos el aparato del salón y dos de los radiadores de los dormitorios pero saltó el automático al tener también la tele encendida así que tuvimos que apagar el del salón. La explanada del aparcamiento tiene muchos baches. La zona no es la mejor pero el apartamento está muy bien.

El número de habitaciones y de baños
No me gustaron las humedades del techo y la gotera del baño principal, tampoco los apagones de luz porque no tiene suficiente potencia contratada para todos los aparatos eléctricos, el lavavajillas estaba averiado y la bombilla de la lámpara de pie del salón estaba fundida.
